All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use it to track your order status.

Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist you in tracking your order.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If the order is not accepted or delivery fails, it may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of shipping charges
