    • Orders placed before 1 PM local time will usually ship same day. If not, they will ship next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday unless it is a holiday.

  • What carriers do you use for shipping?

    • We use UPS and USPS services. We determine which will work best for the order and use that. Higher value orders almost exclusively ship by UPS.

  • How long will it take my order to arrive?

    • We aim for three business days, but it can take up to seven calendar days for East Coast orders. We look for the best way to get it to you as fast as possible for a reasonable cost.

  • What if I need my order to arrive on a certain date, can you guarantee that?

    • No, we cannot guarantee any arrival date. You need to allow for at least a couple of days leeway when placing an order if it needs to arrive by a certain date.

  • Will tracking be provided for my order?

    • Tracking is provided for all orders. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please check your spam folder.
